Because this simple exercise gives immediate as well as long term results, it’s sure to become one of your go-to stress management tools.  

- Week 4- Your Private Coaching Session: Ahhh! How awesome it feels to have structure around your life. There’s lots to celebrate! At this point, you’ll have learned how to give passionately and fully, without losing yourself in the process. No more running on empty for you!
